While Taylor Momsen might be known for her bold fashions, the Gossip Girl star rocked her most daring look yet at KidSuper’s Funny Business Volume III Comedy Fashion Show on Sept. 9.
For the occasion, the 31-year-old wore thick black boots, printed black and white pants and a matching loose black and white shirt that was unbuttoned and fully open, exposing the musician’s six pack abs and full torso.
Covering up her chest with pasties, the Pretty Reckless singer left little to the imagination with her look, posing on the red carpet at the event.
Taylor has been going nonstop recently as her band opened for AC/DC on their Pwr Up Tour throughout Europe. On Sept. 7, the former child star shared a video of herself lying on the ground of a dressing room, too tired to reach her boots and put them on, captioning the Instagram post, “What touring really feels like.”
But despite the exhaustion, Taylor wouldn’t give up her music career.
"I quit everything else and just focused on music,” she told E! News back in May of leaving acting behind at age 18. “It was the best decision I ever made, because it's my true passion."
Noting that transitioning into the music world “was never really a pivot” for her, the How the Grinch Stole Christmas star added, “I grew up writing songs and I've been singing since before I can remember. As soon as I could write, it became this way for me to express myself. I played in bands in middle school and I was always working at this."
As for what’s next after touring, Taylor previously shared that she plans to return to the studio to finish the band’s next album.
"Every record's a journey and I don't really know where that journey's gonna end up until it's finished," she explained. "But we've taken a step forward in our art and I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth. I'm going with it."
