If Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are happy, the haters can hate, hate, hate.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end said "as long as we're happy," he's not bothered by the super-sized attention that's come with dating Taylor Swift. The two have been together since last summer, and the music superstar has become a fixture at Chiefs games.
"The biggest thing is making sure my focus is right here in this building," Kelce said at his media availability ahead of Sunday's AFC championship against the Baltimore Ravens.
"You hear the media throughout the year, if we're not having success, maybe throw it out there that I wasn't focused or the team isn't focused on certain things. If you're in this building, you know exactly what's going on," Kelce added. "So you've got to compartmentalize what you're hearing and make sure that you're staying on task and giving everybody in the building and on that team the right perception when you walk in."

Kelce was already one of the league's most high-profile players before he and Swift began dating. The "New Heights" podcast he and older brother Jason, the Philadelphia Eagles' All-Pro center, launched last year is one of the most popular in the country. When Jason and Travis Kelce last year became the first brothers to face off in the Super Bowl, they and their mother Donna were the stars of the week.
After the Super Bowl, which the Chiefs won, Travis Kelce hosted Saturday Night Live. He also appears in several national ad campaigns, including one for State Farm with teammate and close friend Patrick Mahomes.
But that attention was nothing compared to what it's been since his relationship with Swift became public. Any appearance together is chronicled and dissected, including by the "dads, Brads and Chads" who feel she's a distraction.
"The only think we've talked about is as long as we're happy, we can't listen to anything that's outside noise," Kelce said. "That's all that matters."
